Besides caffeine in
cola drinks I personally choose not to drink any carbonated drinks because
the carbonation gives me a stomach ache. So I know that for me to be health
wise I shouldn't drink carbonated drinks. After seeing how much caffeine
there is in a chocolate bar I have made a goal to lower my chocolate intake,
to eat healthier, and stick to my exercise program.
