I live in Phoenix where it gets really hot in the summertime. Is it ok to keep food and water and gasoline in the car when temps inside can get up to 200 (depending on temp outside)?

I think all those items to keep in your car in case of an emergency are great ideas, because things happen and its always nice to be prepared in case something were to go wrong, I just have one concern if a police officer were to stop you would’nt it look bad if your carrying around a knife,a shovel, and some rope. I mean there is so many bad things happening in this world that sometimes its hard to know who you can trust.
