Guide Review
A Nephite Easter Story
"This children's book, which portrays the events of 3 Nephi from a child's perspective, is absolutely marvelous. I love the artwork. The illustrations are fairly realistic, but seem to have a dreamy quality about them. The pictures depart somewhat from the traditional Mormon portrayals of Nephite times.

The text does a good job of sticking to the scriptural account (though the story is told from a different perspective). Scriptural references for the text are given on each page."
