Definition: Communication from God to his children on earth to make known divine truths.

Pronunciation: [Rev-uh-lay-shun] (verb)

Also Known As: Reveal, manifestation, divine guidance, inspiration, prophecy

Example: The Apostle Peter received revelation when he prophesied that Jesus would restore His Church after the Apostasy (Acts 3:19–21).
