Definition:
God's authority and power given to men on earth
to act in his name and perform ordinances. Divided into two priesthoods: the
Melchizedek (higher priesthood); the Aaronic Priesthood (lesser priesthood).
Example: Baptism is performed by a worthy
priesthood holder.
