| Uniquely You | ||||||||||||||||||||
| A Get to Know You Game, Perfect for Old and New Friends | ||||||||||||||||||||
Object of the Game:
To guess which unique quality goes
with which person. Directions: Pick someone to pick one of the papers, read what it says, and have everyone try to guess who it is. When that person is guessed have them expand on the statement if they would like, or prompt them with additional questions. When everyone's paper has been read, the game is over, and everyone should know something uniquely new about each individual. Example: Everyone writes something on their paper. I write, "I won a writing contest in the local paper when I was 14." I then fold the paper and put it into the container. The first paper drawn reads, "I have been skydiving twice." We try to guess who it could have been and surprised to find out who it was, someone we wouldn't have thought would have gone skydiving. We ask when it was, etc. After a few comments, the next paper is drawn and so on. Note: If you only have a few people playing you can make the game longer by having them write two different unique qualities on two different papers.
