Object of the Game: To grab the toy in the center of the room and return home without getting tagged.
Items Needed:
Enough players to make two teams of at least three. A soft toy, small enough to grab, and not valuable in case of tearing/damage.
Preparation: Find a room/space large enough to run around in. Have everyone divide into two equal teams, give each player in the first team a number, now give players in the opposite team the same numbers. Have the teams stand in a line at opposite ends of the room facing the other team. Place the toy in a central location equal distances from both teams.

Directions: Each team has a person assigned a number that matches an opposite team player's number. The person in charge shouts one of the number and the two players with that number race to the center. The players try to be the one to grab the toy and make it back to their team's line before the other player can tag them. If they arrive safely across their team's line the team wins a point. If they are tagged by the other player the opposite team gets the point. Return the toy to the center and start again. The team with the most points at the end wins.

Example: There are ten players, five on each team. Team A players are numbered, one to five, team B players are also numbered one to five. Each team is placed at opposite ends of the room/field and the toy (such as a soft doll) is placed in a central location. The person in charge shouts, "Four" and the two players assigned that number race to the center. Team A's player four grabs the toy first, turns around and runs back to their team, but before reaching the team the player is tagged by team B's player four. Team B gains a point. The toy is returned to the center, all players are back in line. "One" is shouted and the two players rush to the center. Team A's player grabs the toy, rushes back to home and makes it before team b's player is able to tag them. Team A gains a point.

Note: You can assign other things than numbers such as colors, Bible/Book of Mormon names, etc.
