Guide Review - LDS Book Review: Surrounded by Strangers by Josi S. Kilpack
I've always been a sucker for a good love story, and this book has a great one. It took me about three chapters before I was hooked, but after that I couldn't put it down. This LDS book is suspenseful, clever, and has great character development. I found the story quite believable, although I thought there were too many unnecessary coincidences. The abuse in this story is of sexual abuse to a child but is not detailed or improper but informative. I really enjoyed reading this book and recommend it to anyone that likes a good story. I also feel the author did a good job with the research of her book. Josi Kilpack has another novel published by Cedar Fort called Earning Eternity.
