LDS Primary - Missionary Helping Hands

A great way to help children do missionary work!

By Rachel Woods, About.com

Preparation: Make a chart of each missionary act using hand prints to show how many each act is worth (see the clipart chart below.) Print and/or draw several hands in different colors.

Directions: Explain to the children how it works: Every time they do one of the missionary acts on the chart they will receive the number of hands corresponding to that act. Each hand will then have their name written on it and pasted around the room. The goal is to cover the room, one of the walls, or make a border around all the walls with the missionary helping hands of the children.

Clipart: New Era Posters: Note: This can be done each week, or once a month on the same week of the month and should be continued on for a long enough time for the children to respond to it.
