A fun activity to teach children about their family.

Preparation: Print out the optional clipart below, one for each child. You will need pens, pencils or markers too.

Directions: After teaching a lesson on families or family history give one of the printouts to each child. Have them put their parent's names (or write "Mother and Father") in the circle on the tree's trunk. Then have them write their name and the names of their siblings on the other circles.

Note: For older children you can use the clipart images with more spots, have them put their own name in the circle on the tree trunk, and then put in the names of their parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins.

Optional Clipart: New Era Posters: Note: You can also use these great Journal Pages to help teach a lesson on personal Family History.
