LDS Primary Singing Time Idea - Singing Hat
A fabulous way to help those kids pay attention and sing!

By Rachel Bruner, About.com

Preparation: I decorated a crazy hat with everything from baby shoes, rubber snakes and caterpillars, pin wheels and a cluster of plastic grapes - really hideous.

Optional Clipart: Clipart Index and Clipart Alphabetical Index

Directions: I walked up with a big smile and asked everyone if they liked my hat. I told them whichever class sang the best, their teacher would have the "privilege" of wearing my hat. If the whole primary sang great the primary president could wear it. It was our best singing experience to date.

Note: If you don't have crazy stuff to make a hat your local dollar store should have lots of great ideas!
