I’ve been trying to read the entire Old Testament for the last eight years. I’m in Isaiah. I guess I’ll get to the end eventually! During those eight years, I’ve read the other standard works multiple times. The Old Testament is tough to get through!
I’m about 90% through it — I have come to understand it better through my efforts. Not only understand the Old Testament, but the other standard works as well. Very much worth the effort.
