My favorite saying from last year, which I heard from a friend, was:
Does it really matter what others think of us? No. What truly matters is what our Heavenly Father "thinks" of us, or in other words, I should make choices based on what my Father in Heaven will think of me.
What are some of your favorite sayings, quotes, or pieces of good advice?
"What other people think about me is none of my business."I love this phrase. When making choices, however small, do you wonder what others will think of what you say or do? If you take a moment to really examine yourself you might be surprised how often your choices are effected by what you perceive others may think about you... I know I was.

I like that quote-and the thought of what matters most… really makes sense (Thanks for the great ideas!). My favorite scripture this year, goes along with the mutual theme: “Be strong and of a good courage; be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed: for the Lord thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest” (Joshua 1:9)
I really like the saying. “Live simplly, Love generously, Care deeply, Speak kindly, and leave the rest to God.” What a wonderful world it would be if we could live by these simple words!
