Having a first aid kit is an important part of emergency preparedness. With this ready to print checklist you can easily organize the basic supplies you would need to create a first aid kit. There are also some additional tips to help you with putting together a first aid kit, which you should do for both your home food storage and (as a condensed version) 72 hour kits.

First Aid will help in stopping permanent damage to the body and life of a person affected. First Aid Box must be kept ready with the person trained in First Aid, for quick,calm and effective use at any moment of necessity. First Aid Training must be made compulsory in all Schools and Colleges.
