Stress From a Latter-day Saint Perspective
Saturday June 23, 2007
The About.com Guide to Stress asked me the following question, "How do members of the LDS Church conceptualize stress, and what are recommended ways of relieving stress that may be unique to your group?" Well, studying stress from a LDS perspective was a good assignment for me and I learned a lot as I read, studied, and pondered this question. Here are some key points about stress that I came up with.

Thank you so much for being you.
Your spirit comes through clearly in your work.
