Spread Thin?

October's New Era Poster says, "If you have too many things to do and you find yourself in a jam, try a smaller slice of life. (See Mosiah 4:27.)"
I decided to look up Mosiah 4:27 and it says, "And see that all these things are done in wisdom and order; for it is not requisite that a man should run faster than he has strength. And again, it is expedient that he should be diligent, that thereby he might win the prize; therefore, all things must be done in order."
I think this is an important scripture because so many times as members of the Church we feel obligated to say "yes" to every request. But sometimes it's important to know when to say "no" or when to stop doing extra activities if they're pulling us away from our family or spiritual progression.
I've added a new link to this poster in the 2003 index.
