I was recently called as the 1st Councilor in our ward's Primary Presidency. On Sunday we had a great Teacher Training meeting that focused on three different aspects of preparation. I typed up copies of the handouts which I then adapted to apply to all teachers in general and not just Primary teachers.
The three areas of preparation that we focused on were:
"On average how much time do you spend preparing lessons?" and
"When do you start preparing your lessons?" (located at the bottom of the right hand column.)

Olmstead Second Ward. T
